Ruth Heidrich—cancer survivor, Ironman triathlete, marathoner, and literally tireless advocate for the healthy, vegan lifestyle—has just sent us this photo-tour of her recent round-the-world trip. Not surprisingly, she didn't miss an opportunity to run everywhere she went.
