The Accidental Vegan by Devra Gartenstein, published by Ten Speed Press. Tonight, we had Bean and Basil Burgers, and the other day we had Ground Nut Stew, and the recipes filled only one page each and the instructions only consisted of four lines. If only it was always that simple!
