In this naughty and unforgiving world, it's easy to forget the small gestures of humanity that provide some comfort. So, thank you to WSPA and the Greater Amman Municipality of Jordan for creating Animal Welfare's Garden Sanctuary, which will provide vet care and instruction on how to look after our animal companions. Thanks also must go to the luminous Queen Rania for opening it. If I'd known Queen Rania liked opening gardens, I'd have invited her to open our community garden in Carroll Gardens.
